Requests for Video From Citizens or other Entities
Video is available upon request, up to 30 days following an incident.
Recording cameras include traffic cameras and Blue Light poles.
If we are notified (by citizen or entity) that there was in incident, the video will be held.
All requests should be sent to Advanced Security Technologies, Inc. (AST) at the following email address:
All requestors need to provide the following information in their email request.
1. First and Last Name
2. Ship to Address
3. Contact Phone #
4. Location of Camera (intersection)
5. Date of incident
6. Start time of incident
7. End time of incident
- Up to (1) hour of video data from a (1) video stream installed on an AST furnished DVD disc - $150.00
- (2-8) hours of video data from (1) video stream installed on an AST furnished USB drive - $300.00
- (8-24) hours of video data from (1) video stream installed on an AST furnished USB drive - $450.00
Note: each additional video stream requested will be subject to the above associated cost. Requesters must make payment in full once the video stream for the requested camera at the requested time and date is confirmed to be available. The requested video stream exported on the USB drive will be provided within 5-7 business days to the requestor.
