LAND USE BUREAU COVID-19 OPERATIONS

Until further notice, the following procedures apply for application and permit review by the Land Use Bureau (Zoning, Planning boards, ZBA, Zoning Enforcement and EPB)

1. The Land Use Bureau will be closed to the public, but will continue to operate.

2. All communication with staff must be vial email (preferred) or phone – the staff directory is available on the website. Staff will be working partially from home and are reachable by email. There may be delayed response for phone calls.

3. Plans and other documents should be submitted electronically as PDFs if possible; Paper plans and other documents can be deposited in boxes in the Lobby of the Government Center at 888 Washington Boulevard. Paper plans will not be reviewed and handled by staff for at least 48 hours to avoid the spread of the virus.
