The Historic Preservation Advisory Commission (HPAC) was first appointed in 2014 and operates as a volunteer Commission. To assist the Commission in conducting its review in an effective and timely fashion, the Commission asks that applicants provide all of the information requested. Completed applications should be submitted in a .pdf format and emailed to the following individuals:

- David Woods, AIA, at [email protected].
One (1) hard copy of the completed application at full scale (as outlined in the instructions on the HPAC Application Submittal Form), should be submitted to theLand Use Bureau Office,7th Floor, Government Center,888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford, CTfor use by members of the HPAC.
