The City has received funding from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) through the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ) to complete Phase G of the Traffic Signal Upgrade of six (6) traffic signals throughout the City including Stamford Signal No. 202 East Main Street at Seaside Avenue; 232 North State Street at Elm Street; 241 North State Street at Canal Street; 262 West Main Street at Fairfield Avenue; 264 West Main Street at Liberty Street/Roosevelt Street; and, 401 Atlantic Street at Broad Street.
