The city-wide road assessment is complete and identified the top 200 roads to be paved over the next several years. The assessment was conducted by IMS, an independent and non-governmental pavement assessment company, with the goal of determining an objective measure to establish a priority list for paving operations.

The goal of the Administration is to pave the 200 roads by the end of 2025. In 2022, the City paved over 75 roads, doubling the number of roads from the previous year. At the conclusion of the 2023 paving season, the administration had paved over 130 roads.

The current paving operations is focused on the Top 100 roads and once completed, the City will move to pave the roads listed as 101 - 200. The roads are listed in alphabetical order and not in the order of which they will be paved.

The City recently reformed its utility paving coordination by focusing on resurfacing roads impacted by utility projects and striving to pave the impacted roads "curb-to-curb" within 90 days of the completed utility project. Some roads not included on priority lists may be paved during this period if they are impacted by a utility project.
