The Zoning Regulations govern the use of land, and the shape, size, height and setback of buildings. Zoning also regulates signs, required parking, open space, historic preservation and affordable housing, etc. The Regulations are updated regularly with any recent text amendments.

The City's regulations consist of the Zoning Regulations proper, listed below, and the Zoning Map.
