The Historic Preservation Advisory Commission (HPAC) was first appointed in 2014 and operates as a volunteer commission. The Commission has developed a complete outline of submission requirements (HPAC Application), which is available HERE.

To assist the Commission in conducting its review in an effective and timely fashion, the Commission asks that applicants provide all of the information requested. Completed applications should be submitted in a .pdf format and emailed to the following individuals:

One (1) hard copy of the completed application at full scale (as outlined in the instructions on the HPAC Application Submittal Form), should be submitted to the Land Use Bureau Office, 7th Floor, Government Center, 888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford, CT for use by members of the HPAC.
