Stamford Advocate 11/21/19: Information-technology firm Innovative Network Solutions Corp. announced this week that early next year it would relocate its main offices within Stamford, after buying an office building on the edge of the downtown.
INSC paid $2.5 million for 5 Hillandale Ave. It will relocate there from its West Side home of more than 15 years, at 2001 W. Main St., where it leases about 4,300 square feet.
The two-story Hillandale Avenue property encompasses some 13,000 square feet of offices. INSC plans to take about one-third of the space and then lease the rest. It also intends to make renovations, including a basement build-out.
Current tenants at 5 Hillandale include the Chiropractic and Wellness Center of Stamford. All of those occupants would stay, according to INSC.
“Stamford is home for INSC and we’re excited to expand our footprint in this community,” INSC Managing Partner Imtiaz Allie said in a statement. “Investing in this new property not only allows us to grow our operation, but it also allows us to provide new, affordable space for local businesses. I see it as a win-win.”
INSC provides IT support and consulting, managed IT and cyber security services to businesses throughout the tri-state region, as well as other states.
In total, INSC employs about 30. In addition to its main offices, it has client-services teams based in California, Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Texas.
