2018-19 Stamford CAPP Grant

The Stamford Community Arts Partnership Program (CAPP) Grant provides funding to help support Stamford's arts and cultural organizations pursue projects or programming within the city. The grant is dispersed by the Stamford Arts & Culture Commission and funded by the City of Stamford.
 
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
An applicant must be an Arts organization located within the City of Stamford, 501(c)3 status is NOT required. Individual artists must be sponsored by a Stamford-based nonprofit organization. Religious organizations may apply for an arts program that is not related to a religious service. Project disciplines include, but are not limited to, dance, theatre, music, visual arts, literature, and video.

INELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
 - Organizations that are eligible for the Stamford Youth Music Grant Program
 - Organizations that are eligible for the Stamford Neighborhood Grant Program
 - Organizations that receive direct funding from the City of Stamford capital or operating budgets
 - For-profit entities

FUNDING
Funding allocations are made based on the proposed budget. The minimum award is $3,500 and the maximum is $15,000. Proposals outside of this range will NOT be considered. Funds will be dispersed as a one-time payment in September 2018.
