“This month we celebrate Black History month, let us remember and recognize the many contributions that African Americans have had in our city, state and country. I also want to wish a Happy Lunar New Year to all those who celebrate. May the year of the Tiger bring health, happiness, and much success.”

Mayor Caroline Simmons
