Glenbrook Road and Church Street Intersection Project

The Transportation, Traffic & Parking Department invites interested members of the public to an in-person public meeting to discuss the Glenbrook Road and Church Street Intersection Project. This project will rebuild the intersection of Glenbrook Road and Church Street to enhance safety and traffic operations. Improvements include: a reconfigured intersection, new traffic signal, repaving the road, new sidewalks, enhanced lighting, and sidewalk bump outs. The project construction is funded by the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) Local Transportation Capital Improvement Program (LOTCIP). The project design is funded by the City of Stamford. The project is currently at the 30% design level.  Interested members of the community are welcome to attend to learn more about the project and ask questions to the project team. The in person meeting will be on Tuesday, December 2nd at 6:00pm at the Union Memorial Congregational Church at 58 Church Street, Stamford, CT, 06906.
