Master Plan 2002
The Master Plan 2002 was adopted by the Planning Board on October 23, 2002. This is the current City Master Plan. This Plan, which includes a General Land Use Plan Map, Citywide Policies Report, and Neighborhood Plans, supercedes all previous Master Plan and Master Plan Amendments. Backup studies to the Master Plan 2002, including Community Input; Economic Development; Traffic, Transit & Growth Management; Urban Design; and Affordable Housing Strategy for Stamford, CT, are available on this web site.Copies of the Master Plan documents can also be purchased from the Land Use Bureau.
