Office of Policy & Management

The department is responsible for the preparation, execution and evaluation of the City's operating, capital, and special revenue fund budgets.  In addition, the department oversees productivity and business process improvement, benchmarking, and internal audit.  The department is headed by the Director of Policy & Management.
