The State of CT Public Health Code Sections 19-13-B51a to 19-13-B51m includes those provisions governing the construction, testing and disinfecting of wells. Environmental Health Inspectors and Laboratory Technicians in reviewing the well permit application and water testing results verify compliance with the State Public Health Code.
